Would love a 5lb loss this week ... Any tips??
Hello, i have been doing SW for a couple of months now and have lost 1.5 stones. I have been pretty consistent with weight loss each week but never more than 3lbs i would LOVE to loose 5 this week which would get me to my next little milestone and give me the boost i need .. Does anyone have any tips?? I am at the high end of 16 st so definatly have enough to lose. There are ppl in my group alot smaller than me pulling 5's 6's very often x
