I have decided after a couple if years if messing about that I finally need to do something serious about my weight.
I have previously lost just under 5 stones with weightwatchers but put it all back on (and a bit more besides) when I did my nurse training.
I now have a uni place to do my midwifery training, starting September this year. I want to start uni a bit (a lot) thinner than I am now.
I have considered doing WW again but I struggle with the new pro points system. So I have decided to do Slimming World after having a good start with them 2 years ago.
I am 5'2 and currently weigh 13 stone 5. I am in size 16's mainly. I am hoping to get down to 9 stone 6.
I am hoping by doing a diary, it will give me the motivation to stick to the plan.
