    Hello everyone!! I decided to make a new slimming world diary as the other one is just me stopping and starting! This is the fresh start. I weighed in this morning ( doing slimming world from home ) at 11.5. Very depressing considering what Ive previously got down too!

    Red day

    Hexa- milk x 500ml
    Hexb- 2 slice wholemeal 800g loaf

    Breakfast/lunch @ 11am

    2 slices of wholemeal bread 800g with 2 irish recipe sausages 6syns!!!! And then 2 syns for sauce. I ovbiously should of checked the packet before eating this!!


    Dinner
    Weight watchers chicken chop suey rice! 4.5 syns

    Total syns for today!!! 12.5

    Still the same amount yeh but most things have different syns than if you do a green day or ee. Like mugshots i think the thai one is 0.5 on green/ee and on red its about 13/14 !! X but ovbiously its coz its pasta and that isnt free on red days but you can have wholemeal pasta for a hexb or potatos. If you go onto the website it tells ya exactly what you can have x

    My pasta will always be brown so that suits me ha.. I have my books they're just at home.. Will have a look into it before I start it..
    I'm kinda only half doing the plan ATM with the temp kitchen situation so don't wana try and fail and give up.. So am doing what I can.. (I know this sounds like a pile of excuses...)

    Right so I didnt eat all of my dinner wasnt that nice so only had like not even half so thats ony 2 syns rather than 4.5 but other stuff I had today was cheese n onion crisps 6syns time out 8.5 and mini cheddar crinkleys 14 syns

    So thats 39/105 syns for the week
