i have recently joined slimming world and mini mims.
I done SW a while back but am starting the EE plan for the first time and I am a little confused. I find it difficult to have a 1/3 of my plate superfree. For instance tonight I was going to an exercise class so had to have something quick so I made myself a batchelors cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce (using the milk as part of my HEX A) this filled me up enough and I couldn't eat my fruit salad I made to have after so I left it until I got home. Is that ok to do? I eat lots of fruit and veg throughout the day so I'm having more superfree food than free food.
