Today has been weird, we have had towel rail and shower fitted in the bathroom by my brother and Carl's been tiling so weve had the house full.
Id planned to make a roast beef dinner but didn't have enough to feed everybody so I've had a bit of a rubbish day food wise, and nearly no superfree but im glad i didn't blow it.
So today goes like this
B: cheese omellette (hea)
D: sw chips, 2 fish cakes, & baked beans, 2 bread and light marg (2)
S: 2cans fosters (13)
Going to count 10 for the fishcakes think im way over but id rather be so today is a massive 25 syns.
Total weekly syns 54 i think
