    A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step

    and thats exactly what i am about to do, tomorrow night for the first time i will attend group. I have had a go a SW before at home and did well, lost 2 stone, then got pregnant with my second child and spectacularly fell off the wagon lol, anyhoo this time to give me the kick up the butt i need i will go to group and learn all there is to learn.

    I am new to minimins and only been on here a few days but loving it already, everybody is so friendly and the motivation is high, this is certainly going to be a new addiction for me lol. I thought it would be a good idea to keep a diary from day one, even if no-one reads it, it will keep me on track, or point out where i may have gone wrong if i experience a gain.

    But please feel free to pop in anytime and say hey or drop some advice or anything really lol I will try and post a food diary with pics every day but with 2 small children that may be a bit ambitious lol

    I intend to follow Extra Easy with some Red days thrown in (once i get my head around those!)

    Just out of group, was great, eventually! Bit daunting at first but they seem a nice bunch! oh and my official starting weight is 13st so a whole 1lb less than i though yay! xx

    6. To get into the healthy BMI range at 10st 10lbs (12lbs to go)
    7. To get into the 9s by the time I go to Vegas in September! (22.5 lbs to go)
