Beast Mode: Activated!

Hello all :)

I have had a bit of a go with Slimming World before and lost a few pounds when I stuck to it, but fell off the wagon for one reason or another - but now I'm back with a vengeance and going for my goal which is to lose a stone by 1st August 2013 - that's 14 pounds in 10 weeks, and I'm determined to do it! Am planning on increasing my exercise levels as well, I think a mistake I've made in the past has been filling up on potatoes so much that I'm too bloated to move (!) so am working on getting a varied diet with lots of fruit and veg thrown in there. I'm 24 and work at a desk job and don't have a gym membership but have lots of exercise DVDs and do a little bit of running too. My mum has lost 13 pounds on SW recently, she's my inspiration and I will be going round to hers lots for tea and to steal her magazines, though at the moment I'm not going to classes but that might change soon. Am hoping to change my lifestyle for the better, feel healthier and fitter and fit back into my size 10 jeans!

Lol beast mode activated this made me smile, this site helps alot for support and meal ideas etc, we can all do it together :)
