My weight loss/food diary, any pointers and help please?
Hey so i think i have hit a weight wall, i started in february and so far ive lost 1 stone 6 and a half pounds. The past few weeks ive lost only half a pound a week and i dont see why.
tuesday 28th May: Breakfast- apple, strawberries 2slices nimble(HEB) some baked beans and 2 tesco's light range sausages (1 syn for two)
Lunch: free (low fat) super noodles with onion, peppers, curly kale, green beans, mushroom and ham
Dinner: home made extra lean lamb mince koftas and veggie rice- onion, peppers, carrot, courgette, mushroom, kidney beans, leek, sweetcorn.
Pudding; home made custard with 2 eggs my 350ml of skim milk (HEA) 2 teaspoon of cornflour (2 syns) with some vanilla extract served with some banana
water intake so far 2litres and a glass of sparkling water with no sugar orange and pineapple squash.
i dont really know where im going wrong and neither does my consultant has anyone else gone through this 'weight wall' as we have been calling it
please help if you can happy weight loss

Start weight: 19st13.5lb
1st target: get into a size 22
2nd target: club 10 (5lbs to go as of monday 10th june)
