    Hello everyone, came across this forum after googling slimming world tips so i thought i'd sign up and start my own diary

    My name is Lucy, I am 26 and currently trying for a baby with my amazing boyfriend. I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 24 which was very upsetting for me and my boyfriend, we had always spoken about having children for a long time and to be told that it would be hard to get pregnant was pretty devastating.
    So, after countless consultations with various doctors I was advised to lose some weight to reduce my symptoms. I always knew I was very over weight but had no idea how much it was impacting on my health, I was pretty much in denial. So I joined Slimming World last year and have managed to lose 3 stone so far, I have quite a bit left to get into the 12's but as long as I get there it doesn't matter how long it takes.

    I too suffer with PCOS it's a pain in the backside at times, but least I don't have the trying for a baby to deal with yet! You started at similar weight to be too, but i've been battling my fat for 4 years now and only just got into the 12's and still not in a normal BMI. Good luck on your journey

    So my day has been like this;

    9/7/13
    Green Day

    breakfast - missed as i got up late for work this morning, oooops
    lunch - baked potato topped with cheesy mushrooms (hea)
    snack - 3 babybel light (hea) freddo (5) hula hoops (6.5)
    dinner - sw quiche, sweet potato chips, carrots
    snack - fruit in a box (grapes, banana, apple, strawberries) 2 slices of 800g wholemeal loaf (2 x heb) flora light (4)

    So another 100% day today, lost 2lbs at WI and feeling positive
    Better be off to bed now as I have to be in work at 7.30am tomorrow, boooooo. X

    Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal 400g loaf bread (heb) flora light (1.5) banana, green tea
    Lunch - Pasta n sauce with chicken(1.5 + hea) mullerlight, apple
    Dinner - Chicken curry & chips with mushrooms (4.5 syns for sauce) Can't wait for this
    Snack - Hula Hoops (6.5) Grapes
    Syns - 13.5

    Wooop finally home from work! busy day but have to keep thinking about the wages lol.
    Really enjoyed my lunch, kind of just stuck random things together so it was something easy I could take to work, yum

    Having curry for tea tonight which seems pretty mad considering how hot it has been this week lol, looking forward to it though.

    Afternoon, lovely day here again today. Just wish it would cool down just a little, I've never been a lover of hot weather and prefer autumn! Nearly there
    Got the day off work today so going to get a quick cold shower then go out for a little walk, get some body magic in

    The OH is away atm so haven't really got any updates on the trying for a baby side of stuff, he is back on Tuesday morning so I'm sure I'll have plenty to update on from then

    So, today's food. Going to do extra easy today

    Lunch - Savoury rice with peppers, onions, mushrooms, 2 bgty sausages (1) Orange & Mullerlight.
