I am just starting Slimming World after trying to loose weight with calorie counting - which did just not work for me!
I'm hoping to loose 5 stone - I don't know how long its going to take me, i just want it gone!
I've found quite a few recipes for dinner but I am struggling with breakfasts and lunches so if anyone has any ideas that would be fab!
