Rosielea's Maintenance Journey

Hi everyone. I have been on maintenance for 5 months now and doing fine - gained 3lbs but I am ok with it- think it is sitting down most of the time and having my main meal at night. Tried to have my main meal at lunch-time but found it difficult being at work. However, weather getting colder makes it easier as I can have soup for dinner. Decided to set up a new diary to make it easier. I will start posting properly from Monday.

I like to lose 7lbs but not in a hurry.

Hello lovely!' :) looking forward to u posting again! X

Hi Cai, how are you doing.

I'm good thanks - have gained loads of weight with this pregnancy however am so motivated and looking forward to being able to follow the plan once baby boy is here! :)
I tried a healthy eating day yesterday and I'm just going to admit defeat and go for healthier eating from now! I read somewhere that what I eat now is the types of taste the baby likes in the future... So far he is not a fan of spicy curry!! Lol. But means I am going to enjoy more fruit etc and then when the cake 'falls' in my mouth etc I won't feel as guilty! Hehe.

How's things been with you? What have you been up to? Xx

Hey Rosa

Welcome back. I hope you are well. I have been a bit elusive from Minis too.
