well its been a while and whilst i have not put on any weight - not lost any either... so i am slinking back if i am allowed.
Have got the books of my friend, i have got this website and need to do it.
I was going to the gym 5 mornings a week and ended up with a hernia on my crohns scar. So since march, no exercise 8lb gain so back to where i was before i started exercising (but not heaviest :)) now back up and about and will be starting swimming in a couple of weeks. Got my holidays in 1 month so fingers crossed i can lose the weight and more and have given myself 24 months to lose 4st 11.5 pounds so hopefully guys i will do this.
Will be using this as my food diary, weight loss diary and general thoughts please feel free to add comments, kicks up bum etc are all appreciated.
Aw, back luck on your injury at the gym, it's so frustrating when that happens; when you're all fired up to do some exercise and then..... you can't. Good that you've recovered well.
Your target of 4st 11.5lbs in 24 months is very achievable, so good luck with your goals, and keep posting on here, where there's loads of support and motivation.

as usual always difficult to get back on it, its a struggle i try to do extra easy but sometimes the salad veg/too much veg and my crohns dont mix but he ho every little helps. Food diaries will be posted from Monday as shopping delivery sunday so eating out of cupboards till then but trying to make good choises :)
hi all well failing at first hurdle cant do all the super speed stuff that ee warrents as had a few really bad days with my crohns so gonna just calorie count, can i still be on this board or should my thread be moved. pls advise
