So I'm Nat and in November I move to Oz all on my own :)eek:) I have a job sorted, so thats one thing. My visa is being processed (with a few hick-ups but it should be ok), my passport is being renewed, and apart from all the bits and bobs that always cause issues with such a big move, its all heading in the right direction.

But here's the kicker, I really don't want to arrive in Oz the big heffer I am now! I want to enjoy the weather, the beach and meeting new people, without worrying about how massive I am and how bad I look. I managed to lose 2.5 stone with SW last year, but really struggled with the last stone of that and have skillfully managed to put 2 stone back on since Sept last year. So here I am, on a 10 week countdown to a new life in Oz! I would love to lose on average, 2.5lbs per week that will put me nearly 2 stone down from where I am now and get me on the right track for a different life.

This diary is to motivate me with my weightloss, exercise, Oz preperation and finishing my masters degree! Its all a bit hectic, but it will all be worth it in the end!

So I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, after my WI at SW meeting. Due to nerves I couldn't keep anything down before, due to the sedation I was too out of it to eat for a few hours afterwards and now my mouth is quite sore. Its a lot better than it was though, and I'm hoping to eat more normally tomorrow.

Yesterday (SATURDAY):

1 Americano with 1 shot sugar-free syrup (added my own milk to make a white coffee (not latte) - not measured but only milk had that day <75ml of skimmed HEXA)
1 Toffee Mullerlight
1 Mullerlight with underlayer = 1.5syns
1 HEXB of Baxters Soup (Scotch Broth) + rest of the can = 6 syns

= 7.5 syns

TODAY (Sunday)
1 mashed banana = 4 syns
1 toffee Mullerlight
1 (2 egg) omelette with cheese (40g lighter cheese HEXA)
Dinner is going to be Quorn Mince, tin of tom's, overcooked veg and smash. It will (hopefully) make a sloppy shepherds pie.

= 4 syns

I know this is all wrong for SW, but my mouth is too sore for proper fruit and veg yet. Will make sure I get my 1/3rd from tomorrow.
 
So todays been hard; my mouth has been very sore and bruised and therefore not really enjoyed eating, but am very hungry.

Monday;
2 portions of yesterdays sloppy shepherds pie (quorn, veg and smash) with 1 topped with HEXA weighed cheese
1 Mullerlight
1 bread roll (HEXB) + approx 4 syns as it weighed 85g.

Am probably going to have another yoghurt, as I'm so hungry but I cant manage fruit. Not keen on eating loads of Mullerlights each day due to the sweetner in them but needs must and I dont want to break diet.

The plan for tomorrow is to go to the gym before work, and as a reward for doing that and sticking to SW again tomorrow I have booked a back/shoulder massage. Its to help relax me, as I depend on food to do that too much!
 
Todays been a good day, managed to hold off on buying something silly at lunchtime at work. So that's a plus... definately my biggest weakness buying crap at work, choc bars and crisps being my personal fave's. Never small ones either always 'grab bags' and 'XL' size bars.... no wonder I've put on 2 stone this year.

Anyway today

Tuesday
4 cups of black coffee with sweetner
1 Diet Coke
1 Mugshot - tomato one
Butterflied Chicken
Bacon without Fat
Loads of Veggies.... broccolli, runner beans, carrots etc etc.
Baked Potato
40g low fat cheddar.
1 Mullerlight
1 Coop Meringue Nest 2.5 syns
1 Multipack Twirl -9 syns

Total: 11.5 syns

Needed a sweet fix today as didnt eat much during the working day and was craving so badly. Bought multipack Twirls... really hit the spot but smaller than standard Twirls. The meringue nest was broken up with mullerlight toffee.... very nice and well worth the 2.5 syns!

Didnt manage the gym, but as I was within syns I'm not going to beat myself up over it. Definately going tomorrow after work, as have 1.5 hours to kill between work and an evening meeting.
 
So yesterday was going so well.... until I went to Burger King! lol.... I had a awful day at work, so busy and stressful so I just about managed to keep it together and then it all fell apart in the evening.

Had a SP and it looks like I may have gotten away with it, but having a 100% day to make up for it.

So a good day, choices-wise! Yay. Feeling good for it too. Started making some more moves towards Oz today, made a list of all the things I need to sell, give away, freecycle and chuck. The aim is to get rid of 30 things per week (big and small, clothes included), that way I will leave with only what I need to have. Its the only way I think, I have purposely left this weekend fairly clear to allow this to happen, and I have booked myself another back/shoulder massage next week if I reach my goal of 30 things gone/going by Monday!
