Well I thought it’s about time I knuckled down started a diary & stopped yoyo-ing. I’m hoping a combination of an online diary & constantly being on minimums (think I’m an addict btw) should keep me on track, hence the “Qwerty diet”.:scale:

Quick intro, I’m a 38yr old mother of two girls 7 & 8, I live in Ireland. I’m a "Stay At Home Mum", I'm classed as a domestic engineer (cleaner) in this house lol & joined SW in Feb ’13. My one regret is not joining years ago, I’ve tried nearly every diet under the sun & this is the only one that I can stick to & can realistically see helping me to a goal weight, I love it. I’m not a big loser , usually 1-2lbs but that’s usually a loss through food as I havn’t been doing much body magic (& I do cheat myself ALOT), so I’m gonna try remedy that.

:devilangel:I been yoyo-ing 7lbs the last 2months since the school hols & trip to France. I feel now is the time to get serious, I don’t want to undo all the work I put in. I’m not able to attend group at the moment, so using here as a very good substitute, have made lovely virtual friends here & I find it’s a very positive place to spend time. I don’t do Faceook or Twitter so Minimims has turned into my little vice.

I’ll post my food for the day tomorrow, still deciding on what type of day to do. :eating:
 
Weigh-in day : restarting after summer, so reset the stats
Weds : Extra Easy Day (1x heb, 1xhea)


Breakfast : 2 weetabix with 200ml of skimmed (2/3Hea & Heb)
Lunch : pasta & veg
Dinner: Bacon & chorizo bean hotpot with brown rice (6.5syns)
Snacks : 150ml skimmed milk for tea (1/3Hea), refreshers sweets 7syns & chomp bar 5syns.
TOTAL SYNS : 18.5
BODY MAGIC : 1 hour pilates class

Thursday : Green Day (2x heb, 1xhea)

Breakfast : 2 eggs scrambled, fried tomato on wholemeal toast (Heb)
Lunch : Crayfish salad & synfree dressing (3.5syns)
Dinner: 2 tesco meatfree burgers (2 syns), salad, wholemeal bap 110g (Heb & 5syns) & SWcajun wedges.
Snacks : 120ml skimmed milk & 30g mozzarella cheese (Hea), 2 bananas, Alpen light bar 3syns
TOTAL SYNS : 13.5
BODY MAGIC: 30mins on bike indoors on static trainer, weather is for ducks today
 
Friday : Extra Easy Day (1x heb, 1xhea)

Breakfast : Frylight fried tomato, mushrooms, onions, 2 eggs & beans
Lunch : Ham & turkey salad, 60g wholemeal bread (Heb), 30g mozzeralla cheese & 120ml skimmed milk - Used through day for tea (Hea)
Dinner: Bacon & chorizo bean hotpot with pasta (6.5syns)
Snacks: 2aldi Orange choc cereal bars 6syns, 2 plums
TOTAL SYNS : 6
BODY MAGIC: None
 
Hi Issy. Looking good so far..and well done on starting your diary. I have always found it very helpful to be able to keep an update of all my doings and have a good rant on the odd occasion as well.

Thanks Emmaline,havnt been able to get to class & need somewhere to be accountable,here is as good if not better, I'm always on here anyway, becoming addicted,ha ha as long as it keeps me from eating it's all good :)
 
I am addicted too.. but what better place to be where there's plenty of support and help.
Also like to help others where I can which is what it's all about, hey?

It's easily done,I have the app on my phone so I'm even on it when I'm out & about. I've "met" some lovely people here & everyone is very helpful & encouraging,makes the battle of the bulge sooo much easier :)

Breakfast : SW Magic pancakes with a banana
Lunch : pitta pizza, chicken & cheese, 3 plums
Dinner: Chicken & veg chow mein
Snack: 2 stella artois bottle beers 10syns, salami 3syns, 2 plums

TOTAL SYNS : 13syns
BODY MAGIC: none

It started off ok and then come thurs i sort of ate all i shouldn't have through til today(although today hasn't been too bad :) )...oops! but back on track tomorrow, got my food sorted for packed lunch for work, just need to figure what to do for when i get home tomorrow however late that will be.
To persevere is the key!

Yeah it's all in planning isn't it.If I havnt got a plan of action that's when I reach for cr@ppy foodstuff.
 
Thanks Nanny Doreen, it's helping me get organised & keeping me focussed :) How are you getting on?

Not done too good last couple of weeks. This week have stuck to it since weighing Saturday. Nothing on scales yet. Next weigh in could be Thursday or Friday.

I was doing ok, but went to pot! But keeping going anyway. Won`t give up.
 
So Issy.... what have you been eating.... enquiring minds need to know???????
