Well I thought itís about time I knuckled down started a diary & stopped yoyo-ing. Iím hoping a combination of an online diary & constantly being on minimums (think Iím an addict btw) should keep me on track, hence the ďQwerty dietĒ.
Quick intro, Iím a 38yr old mother of two girls 7 & 8, I live in Ireland. Iím a "Stay At Home Mum", I'm classed as a domestic engineer (cleaner) in this house lol & joined SW in Feb í13. My one regret is not joining years ago, Iíve tried nearly every diet under the sun & this is the only one that I can stick to & can realistically see helping me to a goal weight, I love it. Iím not a big loser , usually 1-2lbs but thatís usually a loss through food as I havnít been doing much body magic (& I do cheat myself ALOT), so Iím gonna try remedy that.
I been yoyo-ing 7lbs the last 2months since the school hols & trip to France. I feel now is the time to get serious, I donít want to undo all the work I put in. Iím not able to attend group at the moment, so using here as a very good substitute, have made lovely virtual friends here & I find itís a very positive place to spend time. I donít do Faceook or Twitter so Minimims has turned into my little vice.
Iíll post my food for the day tomorrow, still deciding on what type of day to do.
