Need some ideas!
Hi, i started SW around 7 weeks ago, i started off so well from knocking off 13 pound in just two weeks. However in the last 5 weeks i have managed to only lose 3 pound which shows the weight loss has dramatically slowed down. So at this moment, my total weight loss has been 17 pound in 7 weeks, which doesn't sound bad but im worried it may slow down even more or even become negative.
I'm mainly looking for some more ideas on what to eat , my food options have been very limited since being on this diet, i dont have the money to start buying hundreds of ingredients however at the same time, im sick of eating the same foods. I think one of my downfalls is not eating enough meals and instead eating a lot of snacks or small meals such as sandwiches.
