Gills weight loss journey! 5stone 6 to go!!

Hi i have been doing slimming world mainly green days for 11 weeks now and have lost 3 stone and 1lb!! Great right?! I have another thread but have decided to start one in the proper bit in the weight loss diaries!!

Starting at 18stone 7 was the heaviest I had ever been! Seriously felt disgusting! But I continued to eat right through my 20s. Even when I split up from my husband most people don't eat etc and lose tons of weight....not me I piled it right on! I have two wonderful children who kept me going though! At the time my youngest was only 7 weeks old so quite a hard time to split up.

anyway 11 weeks in and I have never felt so motivated in my life! I will do this! I need to! I turned 30 this year and i am determined that my 30s will be my thin years!! Haha!

Had a great week lost another 3lb! Woo! Another 7 weigh ins until my Christmas night out! I would really be happy to have lost 4 stone by then but that's only 10lbs away so I'm hoping maybe a little bit more?! Not much to ask :D

Today so far... Breakfast - weetabix with milk hea and b, lunch - sw chips. I think for tea I will have poached eggs and beans! Need to get some more fruit from tesco too. Already had 4 glasses of water too just another 4 to go!
 
Update! So I had a couple of OFF days eating chocolate and crisps on Tuesday and yesterday probably not as bad as what I though thought as scales were showing 14st 10 this morning (2 lb loss for far for the week) can't even tell ya how happy I was as I really felt quite **** about what I had eaten!

Diary for today was a red day

2 alpen light bars
4 hard boiled eggs
whole chicken used for lunch and dinner (skin and fat removed)
apples and satsumas

I don't usually use my syns so maybe this is why I'm still seeing a loss. Eating choc etc is out my system for now and feel like I am back on track!

1hr at gym and 30mins swimming not too bad!!

Had a busy day trying to find a dress for my Christmas night out on Saturday! Stressful or what! I was so chuffed getting into a size 16 (starting the diet was size 24) and not been in 16 clothes in about 8 years! I'm going back to buy it tomorrow, should've just bought it as I felt great in it!

Green day today - weetabix and milk for breakfast, for late lunch/early tea poached eggs and beans with sw chips. And supper I'm going to make a fruit salad with have a muller light too, drank so much water today too! Lost 2lb so far this week still got til Saturday for proper weigh in!
 
So yay! I got a dress yesterday! And it's a size 16! It's from Matalan and mega sparkly! So Christmassy! Another sneaky weigh in before tomorrow and it's 3lbs off this week really happy with that! The plan is have some of my meal tomorrow night but I know I won't eat much, but that's more because I don't like eating and drinking! And on Christmas Day too will be a day off, got to right? It's Christmas after all. As long as I don't go too mad and am on plan the rest of the time then weigh in should be ok!

b -2 weetabix with 250ml semi skimmed milk hea/b
l- baked potato with beans
d- 3 poached eggs and beans
s- tub of pineapple rings eaten through the day and 2 satsumas
water water water!

Managed to go for a wee 30 minute power walk on my lunch, bared the cold and it was nice to just get out the nursery and have peace! Won a big box of milk trays today too it's so hard being around chocolate at the Moment but I'm going to use it as a crimbo pressie so I won't need to worry about it tempting me! This is the hardest time to diet!! Why do there have to be soooo many chocolates and biscuits at work! I really should go back to curves so I don't need to endure the staff room!!

Really looking forward ward to my works Christmas night out tomorrow although I can't help but be a little bit disappointed that I haven't reached my target which was 13st 13. I would have got it I'm sure if I hadn't had my two weeks of picking at chocolates etc. I'm just happy to be back on track at the moment though and I'm not far off my target though! Meal tomorrow night is melon, turkey and chocolate pot! Phone fully be nice but I imagine I will just pick as I don't like mixing food with alcohol I prefer one or the other!
