Is this natural?!

Im really enjoying slimming world as the first two weeks i lost half a stone!

week 1 - 3lbs:)
week 2 - 4lbs:D
week 3 - put on 1.5 lbs:mad:
week 4 - 1lbs:confused:
week 5 - 1/2 lbs:confused:

I'm really worried i am going down hill and I have a weight in tonight and im adamant I have put on loads more!

Im not really sure what to do? to get back on track.

Any advise girls?

maybe go on original or have any advise on super filling free foods?

Well done in losing half a stone so quickly. I think it's fairly normal that your body might plateaux for a couple of weeks after - great big losses every week aren't necessarily a good thing. If you are following the plan, the weight will come off. As my C says, it may follow a hormonal cycle pattern too so don't stress too much, or that could have a negative affect!! Good luck xx
 
Thank you laura that really helps, I think when i lost half a stone so quickly then was given slimmer of the week I got to comfortable! xx
