I've decided to do a food/daily diary of my journey (just hope im not boring)
I want to lose (and I will) 1 stone!! I'm currently 11 stone and I'm size 10. I'm not completely happy and very conscious if I gain any weight I could easily move into the size 12's and that really worries me
So a little bit about me Back in 2011 I fell pregnant with my second daughter and very successfully followed SW. I kept my the weight to a sensible gain and after my daughter was born I quickly lost my baby weight. But (don't you just hate a but!) i sadly never lost my pre baby weight of 1 stone (which I had wanted to do before my girls)
That was two years ago and although I've lost the stone but I have also gained it back . I followed WW but keeping the weight off has never been a success a for me and I've simply had enough!
So here I am back with SW (Yay) I'm feeling very determined to lose "just" 1 stone! and im so hoping that SW can help me lose a small amount of weight!
So here goes.....
