    Unhappy My brussels food fest

    I came to brussels yesterday to see my mum and food wise it's not going great. Going to write it all down now so I can see. Groan.

    yesterday:

    2 slices nimble. Reduced fat cheese. Cherry toms
    banana
    2 clementines
    watermelon cooler- hard rock cafe
    veggie leggie burger and salad- HRC. (Didn't eat the bun)
    onion bhaji
    prawn biryiani
    large share of one peshwari naan
    5 vodkas
    handful of crispy coated peanuts

    oh god this is worse than I thought.

    erm


    specaloos shot
    chocolate shot
    jack Daniels mulled apple drink

    think that's it

    oh 2 cups of tea


    oh dear god. The burger was 903 calories. The biryiani was about 800.

    9 weeks to lose 7lbs. Started on 22/1 at 9st7lbs finished on 26/3 at 9st7lbs

    bite of a Belgian waffle- what restraint I had to not get one myself
    veggie lasagne (terrible terrible choice -literally SWIMMING in some sort of cheese sauce and as I have developed a cold today couldn't even taste it. What a waste)

    2 eggs frylight, baked beans, Quorn sausage (1 syn)
    3 falafel, couscous, veg, chickpeas. Shop bought so probs 6 syns

    Special K, skimmed milk
