This will probably be the 4th time I've rejoined Slimming World and this is going to be my last. I was thinking of starting a food diary but I thought it would be better to take the time to do a weight loss diary instead as I am partnering my slimming world journey with A Course in Weight Loss by Marianne Williamson from which I am on the 3rd lesson.

The Slimming World Plan does work so I think joining it up with looking at myself, how I treat myself and how I feel about myself and my self worth could be the way forward.

I never felt that I was sabotaging myself or even considered that I didn't love myself, I don't think that I ever thought of it all and maybe thats the point? I never committed to the plan because other people are more important than me, deserve my attention, need me but by doing this I was neglecting myself so I'm hoping to take that time back, to invest in myself so that I can be there for those who need me instead of this weight slowly creeping up on me.
