Slimming World Virgin on a mission lose 5 stone 4 my wedding in June+ Kick PCOS Ass!

Hey everyone Had my first group meeting on Thursday the 5th It was awesome I've got a good feeling about this diet, My wedding is on the 21st June , Is it possible to lose 5 stone if not more by then :/ I'm slightly nervous because at the group a lot of people had only lost 1/2 pound or a pound and they said that they had stuck to the lifestyle and the consultant told us that's normal. But I#ve worked out i've got 6 months which is 24 weeks. I've worked out its 70lbs so I need to be losing at least 2/3 pounds a week :/... .AM I JUST OVERTHINKING THIS!!!

    Hi Maria
it's possible to lose 2/3 pounds a week. but you need to be very good each weeks to achieve that. I am sure you can if you focus on how you will look in your wedding dress .

Hey I was wondering if any of you could help me, it's my first week and I'm making sunday dinner today! I'm using Morrisons turkey breast with cranberry and orange stuffing. I've not had any of my syns today so thought i've have stuffing as my treat because the turkey is free with the fat cut off. i've looked it up on the syns and typed in manufacturer and the exact food item came up and said syns 1 and 1/2 syns per 100g serving. I also then typed in on the snackulator the kj which is 761 per 100g and it says 9 syns. I'm a bit confused .

The only reason i checked on the snackulator is because earlier on my friend brought me a chicken ceaser wrap for lunch but when i looked it up i couldnt find it so i used the snaculator and it came up saying 12 syns so I didn't eat it
    Can anyone help ..... x
