3littlerascals Food Diary

Hi all this is my 2nd week on slimming world so thought that I would start my food Diary.
I am a busy Mum of 3 who works full time so will be looking through other diaries for ideas and inspiration and hope this will help keep me on track.

I have always struggled with my weight and have now accepted that I want to lose weight for health not vanity and I have also accepted that slow and steady is the best way to go :D

I will be going to class and will weigh on a Wednesday morning.

Many people may think that this is a strange time to start but I wanted to get on track before Christmas so that I can keep in control and not start the new year in an even worse state!

I want to lose around 5st but will see how I feel closer to goal, I have also joined the gym and hope to go a couple of times a week for either gym/swimming or a class but this may not happen until after Christmas as I am just so busy at the moment!

Any help and advice anyone can give me along the way will be very welcome :D

So I had my first weigh in last night and was amazed to lose 8.5lbs and get my first half stone sticker :eek:

I won't bore you with the food diary from last week but yesterdays was an EE day and went like this -
Breakfast - Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans and a banana

Lunch- Pasta and bolognaise sauce ( Homemade and syn free) followed by a pear

Dinner - Homemade sw lasagne (1.5 syns) and (HexA of parmesan)

Extras- Hifi christmas pudding bar (HexB) Dash of milk (0.5) 3 rich tea fingers (3)

I only had 5 syns yesterday as I have a works to on Friday that is a 3 course meal, hotel stay and breakfast the next morning so am saving them for that!
 
Today's Food Diary

Red day

Breakfast - Porridge (HexB) with semi skimmed milk (HexA) and a pear

Lunch - Bacon, Eggs and mushrooms with 2 slices of wholemeal bread (HexB) and a banana

Dinner- Chicken fajitas (No wraps) Sour Cream (3) and Cheddar (HexA) and salad

Extras ??
