Hi all this is my 2nd week on slimming world so thought that I would start my food Diary.
I am a busy Mum of 3 who works full time so will be looking through other diaries for ideas and inspiration and hope this will help keep me on track.
I have always struggled with my weight and have now accepted that I want to lose weight for health not vanity and I have also accepted that slow and steady is the best way to go
I will be going to class and will weigh on a Wednesday morning.
Many people may think that this is a strange time to start but I wanted to get on track before Christmas so that I can keep in control and not start the new year in an even worse state!
I want to lose around 5st but will see how I feel closer to goal, I have also joined the gym and hope to go a couple of times a week for either gym/swimming or a class but this may not happen until after Christmas as I am just so busy at the moment!
Any help and advice anyone can give me along the way will be very welcome
