(Not so) Lil'Em's slimmingworld diary

Hello,

Im Emma and I started slimmingworld for the first time on Thursday. I weighed in at 14 stone, which means I want to loose 4 stone. Im a bit of an all or nothing girl so I plan to keep a diary to stay on track.

Breakfast
Smoked salmon (free)
Scrambled eggs (free)
Mushrooms (super free)

Snack
Orange (super free)

Lunch
Pasta shells (free)
Chicken (free)
Bacon (free)
Onion (super free)
Mushrooms (super free)
1tbsp bbq sauce (1 syn)

Dinner
Homemade chicken and bacon sausages (free)
Mash potato (free)
Mushrooms (super free)
Leeks (super free)
Splash of gravy (2 syns)

Desert
Ski mousse (4 syns)

Snack
3 ryvita (heb)
3 cheese triangles (hea)

I found today really hard as I was home alone all day and normally I would eat for the sake of it as no one was 'watching' lol. I dont think ive done too badly considering.

Hiya. I started sw in June. Standing on the scales at 14.4 this Wednesday hoping I will be standing on them at 11.4 so that's 3 stone gone in 7 months.
It can be have at times. But stick with it and it will reward you in a smaller dress size. :p

Aww thank you very much. Wow you have done amazing!! When I stick to it I know I can do really well but my problem is if I break that trend I just think sod it and give up. Im determined not to do that this time. Any tips would be greatly appreciated x
 
To be honest I don't know where all my will power has come from since being mm sw. But I'm not complaining. I love being strong and being able resist high syn stuff.
If you go to class. Try to stay every week. Not only does it help listening to everyone and how they deal with situation, also you can make some great friends who are in the same place as you and who can help you when you are feeling a little weak. It's a great support net work.
And buy sw books the recipes are great. And try to prepare what you plan to have the following day so that you can get it in or make it in advance.

It was a bit of a fluke really lol. Just put chicken, bacon, onion and spices in my food processor and formed into sausage shapes. They were really good :) x
 
Today was going well (even went to nandos for lunch and had chicken, salad and sweetcorn) until I got home and the family decided to have a curry. I chose king prawn in a tomato based sauce where as I would have normally had a creamy korma. The main thing with me is that I need to make sure I get back to it tomorrow :). How was your weekend? X
 
Hi.:) my weekend was good and I stayed on plan. I even sat next to my daughters while they ate sub way. How good am I. Lol.
We are having a party on Wednesday at our class in the evening. Are you doing anything like that.?
 
Yes mine is wednesday evening too. God knows what im going to take though :/. Im not too bad with subway as I love their salads :) well done staying on track!x
 
I'm very determined to get 3lb loss this week. I am doing everything I can so if I don't. then I couldn't of done anything else.
I also hope our huge walk round meadowhall yesterday will help lol
