Christmas is nearly here, like most others I have really let go with the eating over the Christmas period in the past, I know it is only a few meals but it is so difficult to stick to the plan in between times.
So here is the plan I have booked a couple of weeks holiday from my class, so my next SW weigh in is the 2nd January. I weighed 11.2 at my last class, I hope to be no heavier that that on the 2/1.
So far it has been a difficult few days for me as I have been laid up with a cold and not been able to get my usual exercise but I feel a little better now hopefully to get out for a walk tomorrow. :greenapple:
 
Monday 16th December SS =2, S =11, 1.5 syns 3 mile walk

Good day today, writing everything down certainty works for me, still suffering from the effects of my cold, I feel like I need a good nights sleep.

HE milk
HE porridge, melon, pineapple.
Veg stir fry, ham.
Rice pudding, grapes, melon and yogurt.
Banana
Quiche
1.5 syns cheesecake kiwi x2 yogurt
pear
Satsuma's x2
Rice pudding and yogurt.

Managed to get out for a short run, feeling like my cold is really disappearing at last.

Tuesday 17th December SS = 2, S =13, 1.5 syns, 1.7 mile run, 3.1 mile walk, 5 mile cycle.

Quiche, baked beans
rice pudding, yogurt, pear, grapes

I had a problem with our phone line/internet connection for a couple of days this week after the stormy weather hence not posting, here's todays:

Saturday 21st Dec SS=2 S=8 syns=9.5 Exercise= 5 mile run.
