Healthy Eating For Life... size 10 wannabe!!
At the end of June I weighed 12st 5.5lbs (Jeans size 14-16)
Six months later I now weigh 10st 12lbs (Jeans size 12-14)
I would love to be a size 10-12 in Jeans so I have decided to carry on with this goal in mind :-)
Attached is a photo of me taken on Christmas Day in a size 10 dress (I am a pear shape so my top half is smaller than my bottom half)
I weigh in on the 1st of every month as this way I don't have to worry about * weeks and things like this.

Had a good day today... porridge for breakfast and a satsuma, sausage with potato and carrot mash and gravy followed by a banana for lunch, and Tilda mushroom rice with turkey and cherry tomatoes for tea. Drank green tea and water, and had an Options hot choc and a lollypop as treats.
Happy New Year!! Monthly weigh in and I'm now 10st 10.5 lbs!!

This is honestly one of my favourite meals... wholegrain basmati rice with Heinz curried beans... yum yum yum!!
Served in one of those bowl plates (thought I'd explain as the potion looks tiny lol!)
My meal plan for today is...
B - Porridge, 2 satsumas
L - Salmon sandwich with cucumber and tomato
D - Basmati rice with Heinz curried beans, banana
Snacks - yogurt, fruit
Drinks - Green Tea, Pepsi Max, fruit squash
Syns - butter on bread (2) 1 lollypop (2) Oat so Simple Porridge (6.5)
Feeling really good today, but think I'll have a go on the Wii fit as I'm missing the exercise I get at work and from doing the school run!
My yummy lunch... homemade beef and veg curry stew (I add cooked basmati rice to the stew to make it a one pot dish)
2 satsumas and an Options mint hot choc (2 syns)
This was my lunch... beef curry again, but this time with some mini jacket potatoes, and a cup of Green Tea :-)
Feeling really good today, had a pamper session this morning which was lovely xx

This was my dinner today... needed something big and filling as I will be working until 7.30 tonight so opted for noodles with sardines in tomato sauce stirred through, with a salad of lettuce and tomato drizzled with light balsamic vinegar yum yum!! And a green tea to was it down with
Still going strong, just made it through * week which was rough but feeling better now x
