So my journey starts tomorrow morning!!
Okay so over the past two years I have piled on a whooping 4 stone on top of my already terrible weight and it needs to stop... I now have a total of 9 stone to shift to get to my goal weight and I just wonder how I let this happen to myself. I have juggled with different diets during these two years but never stick to them I just give up so easily!!! I dont know why I do this because look at the mess it had got me in.
So tomorrow morning im taking the plunge again! Off to join slimming world and start my journey again but this time will be different. After weigh in im straight to aldi to stock up on fruits and veg and im going to plan this weeks meals tonight from my SW recipie books that I already have. I just need to be organised and I will be fine so fingers crossed to me...
