kirstyjade why don't you buy a book from ebay?

On the extra easy plan, which most people do...
You can have unlimited amounts of fruit, veg, potatoes, pasta, rice, beans, lentils, lean meat, low fat quorn, soya, and fatfree yoghurts (mullerlights, etc).
You can have a healthy extra A each day which is usually dairy. I just have milk in tea.
You can have a healthy extra B each day which is usually bread, cereal or oil. I have two small slices of wholemeal bread.
You can have up to 15 "syns" each day which are for sweets, extra bread, wine. Anything you want. Each syns equals 20 calories. So if you have 200 calories of chocolate then that's 10 syns and you could have 5 more for the day.

Everything must be cooked in frylight, not oil, unless that's your healthy extra B.
2/3 of what you eat should be fruit and veg. (Not including tinned fruit in syrup, or cooked fruit. Not including potatoes.)

    I think that's basically it.

But anyway, you're not too big to go to group! Everyone's there for the same reason! XX

Well here's to 2014 and the year that's going to change my life because I WILL DO IT this time I have no choice x

    Hi,
Just so you know if you did go to a group you would be welcomed with open arms, SW is one place where there is no judgement, everyone is there for the same reason and are all so so supportive, they will become family.

That being said there are little books coming free with a newspaper (daily mirror possibly) starting this week. There are 4 to collect and they explain the basics of SW and they have recipes etc in, you may find these helpful too.

Good luck, please stick around and keep us up to date with your journey
