So I will be joining the sw group on Monday the 6th and that will be my weekly weigh in day. I'm starting earlier though as I have a lot to lose, ideally I need to lose 5.5 st. I have a gym membership which I will use to my full advantage. Iv written a list of the benefits of losing Weight it includes things like increase self esteem, go into a shop and pick things off the hanger and know they will fit and look good.

Hi jade, my friend lost 8st on CD she stuck to it and did really well since then she has put pretty much most of it back on and has restated the diet several times. Personally I don't think it teaches you about good food decision making, but it certain works and if you stick to it 100% it works quickly. So for quick fix its good. I found Myself being irritable and taking it out on the other half. I felt I couldn't be sociable as it was always meals or going for drinks. Hats of to those ppl sticking to the diet though and I don't want to be seen a slagging the diet off because Iv contemplated it again myself!! But psychologically I know I couldn't do it again it was too depressing. I think that in your head you probly know what is best, if you are still confused there's no harm beginning CD and then changing your mind if you think it was the wrong decision for you. How this helps :-S

Well I'm into my 4th week, iV lost 8.5lb on sw scales and a total of 13.5lb since the beginning of the year. Well chuffed with myself. I haven't cheated at all, I went to a leaving do at the local Nepalese restaurant and syned everything I ate. My exercise classes are coming on well. In hitting the gym 4 times a week and training for a 10k in April.
I took my measurements at the beginning, I think I will take these every month so I'll wait until Monday now when I next check in. Good luck to all that have read this and feel free to comment xx
