No more delusions and wishing for quick fixes... Here for the long haul!!
Hey all!! So I first tried Slimming World in December 2011 weighing in at half a pound shy of 20stone. I stuck at it for a few months, found it really suited me and lost a few stone then fell off the wagon!! Managed to pile it all back on and some!! Have tried a few crash diets, calorie counting and exante in the mean time but never stuck to them long and know that none of them were anywhere near as healthy as Slimming World. I'm going to go back to my old class on Wednesday but after a massive binge tonight I've decided enough is enough and I am going to start extra easy tomorrow. My scales only go up to 20stone so the 23 and a half stone in my stats is a pure guesstimate from where the scale carries on back to the single figures again.
I want and have to lose weight for the following reasons:
1. We have been trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years with no success and doc says thats down to my weight
2. I want my husband to have a sexy, healthy wife
3. To improve my mental and physical health
4. To be able to go out without being paranoid and to wear any type of clothes that I like
5. To reduce the weight of my bust (I have 38KK's and they KILL!!)
If anyone is in the same boat as me either weight wise, restarting wise or just fancy a chat then please subscribe and comment will try to update this everyday in order to keep myself on track.
Planning tomorrow's meals in advance to keep me on track:
breakfast: bran flakes and milk and banana (healthy extras a and b)
lunch: noodles and veg (dried noodles so all free)
dinner: turkey, potatoes and veg
will snack on fruit and muller lights and will drink diluting juice and if I have tea I will syn the milk

Well am really annoyed at myself today!! Couldn't sleep and ended up spending half the night (and some of the morning!) comparing prices on mysupermarket haha!! Finally got up just before 3pm but at least I have stuck to things foodwise, despite the fact that as soon as I'd finished my breakfast I was offered 2 packets of butterkist popcorn (my absolute fav!!) I politely refused and reminded them that I was restarting today only to be told that the Christmas presents had finally been sorted through and that a whole array of different choccies and chocolate biscuit sets are now set out in the living room!! Arghhh... but have been good so far and just got up and did the dishes and am now settled down with a glass of diluting juice. Not even feeling all that tempted just want to get the first few weeks back under my belt because I know I'll feel the difference instead of feeling bloated and sluggish all the time. Will try and get a wee bit of body magic in today aswell but not gonna push myself with that too much this week.
Ohmigosh just had dinner and I'm sooooo full!! had about 1/2 superfree rather than 1/3 aswell. Can't believe how full I am considering I am the same dinner yesterday except not slimming world friendly!! Yesterday I had gravy and cranberry sauce over the turkey, roast potatoes instead of new potatoes, peas and yorkshire puddings and I was still hungry after all that yesterday!! Crazy!!
Food and Drink:
3pm: Bran flakes and milk (HXA and HXB) with a banana, glass of diluting juice
6pm: Turkey, new potatoes, brussel sprouts and beetroot, diluting juice
7.30pm: Pear and 9 mint matchmakers (9 syns)
9.15pm: Mushroom & noodle soup made with 2 chicken oxo cubes
11pm: cup of tea with milk (1 syn)
Total syns: 10

Well had a bit of trouble getting off to sleep last night but no where near as bad as the night before. Got up at 11am so an improvement on yesterday though still not early enough to get back to normality on Monday!
Food & Drink:
11.15am: Bran flakes and 150ml semi skimmed milk (HXB and part of HXA) with a banana
2.30pm: Mushroom and noodle soup made with 2 chicken oxo and a pear
6pm: liver made with oil (18 syns in total amount of oil used but that was for 2 portions and there was loads still left in the pan and I also ran my piece under the tap though I'm not sure that took off loads of syns... anyway I'm gonna call it 15 syns to be on the safe side and not have any more today), potatoes, broccolli, cauliflower and carrots.
8pm: muller light, 2 tangerines and tea (milk from HXA allowance)
11pm: tea (with milk from HXA) and tangerine
Total: 15 syns

can't wait to get back into a routine, sat around at home theres more chance of snacking too and there is way too much xmas goodies left in the house but no one else needs to loose weight so feel bad chucking it all out
I'm the same with wanting to get back into a routine. I have been staying with family over the festive period as hubby has been working away a lot so I would have been on my own most of the time. Not going back home till Monday so have been helping out with the dishes etc to avoid puddings and chocolate.

1.45pm: tinned spaghetti in tomato sauce with broccolli, cauliflower, carrots and brussel sprouts
4.45pm: ww hot choc (2 syns) with a splash of milk (HXA) and a tangerine
5.30pm: 4 slices of lean ham, 4 laughing cow light triangles (5 syns), beetroot and pickled onions
9.30pm: tea with a splash of milk (HXA)
10pm: chopped banana topped with a vanilla mullerlight
Total: 7 syns
