Desperately Dieting 2014

2014, the last month of 2013 I had to buy a bigger size of trousers... Which kinda bloody sucks! I chucked all those out because I was not going there again!

So I'm sat here in my bigger jeans with new found determination

Day 2 of 2013 and day 2 of 100% SWing (Could say I've got my SWING on haha)

Breakfast

Bacon (fat cut off)

SW Chips (B choice weighed spud too)

Day 2

Breakfast/Lunch (Erm got up at lunch time lol god bless school holidays, Me and Husband take it at turns for a lie in)
Banana, plum and an apple

Mullerlite

Chicken nugget - 3 syns

Tea
Cottage pie with veg mash
Cheese top (b)
gravy - 1.5 syn

Mullerlite greek 0.5

Curly wurly (multipack size) 5.5

Syn total 10.5

Hi there Desparetly Dieting. Looking good so far. Keep it up.

Do you go to a class or weigh at home. I go to a class but of course it does not stop me eating.

Lost a lot of lbs last year but put them all on again so not doing too good at the moment.
New year so hopefully new start.

I go to a group, but since buying my last count down i've only managed like 3 / 12

Bit of a blip of sleepless night and I ate 17 syns (attempt to shut body down inc hot chocolate and then extra sugar to wake body UP come 6am lol)

BUT I'm veiwing it as carry on as normal ignore blip... After all I have saved around there the last two days... so blip and back on track (which is where I struggle)
 
I also need to stay to group to get my butt in gear but I have started a new group and its been very much flying visits lol
 
So managed the rest of the day with only 1 further syn....

I've only really eaten fruit all day for the fructis to keep me going... but my lack of sleep and pain amount caused me to collapse so I had 60g of gluten free porrage (as both b choice)
 
Well what a rare thing after a day of not being 100% I got straight on track today this never happens lol

Mixed lunch and breakfast
Crunchy nut cornflakes with 2 bananas

Tea
Chips with Cajun seasoning

good luck with your loss :) we could be twins, except im shorter and heavier but that whole "one size up" thing strikes a cord ... I gained over a stone over Xmas :( dreading getting into my already "snug" fitting uniform for work on Monday and my boss is like Miranda priestly and will have no problems telling me to get a bigger size :'( ! I'm already finding your blog and menus helpful .. So here's to a skinny Xmas 2014 :)
 
Oh God luckily no one can tell with me (well except my face lol )as I don't have to wear anything not baggy but I would of been like ˚_˚‖ :'-(
 
Do you have any milk or drinks at all during the day. You don`t mention them on your dary. Food looks great just wondered about milk x

I go to class and usually try to stay. Sometimes it goes on a bit but have got to know some lovely people. I go either Thur or Fri morning.
 
I have mono milk in coffee not full allowance as you get to much but old consultant said its fine as I have supplements I have milk intolerance use my dairy I can manage on Muller lite lol

Today was weigh in day... did I stick to sw 100% last week... no lol I ate out one day and had a scary chocolate moment lol
was I happy on the scales... err YES!!! Lost 2lb...

Had a wee treat as its weigh in day but even that wasnt anything like I normally would...

Okay so today been good lil girl

Breakfast was 2 rice cakes (gf Hex b)

Lunch was a crab stick salad with a tsp of ketchup on the crab sticks ill call it 1 syn i didnt realise it was 1 syn for a tbs lol i thought it was tsp

I had a clemintine for a snack

Tea was left over cottage pie with swede and carrot mash
carrots spinich cauli and broccoli

I had 10 jelly beans 2 syns

Was going to have a freddo but I forgot lol

Tomorrow is my birthday, normally I just have a huge blow out but i am going to have a treat but not go way way way OTT

Im going to have some chips with my lean meat and veg and :eek: a sundee I think lemon one was gluten free which is 18 syns 16 syns for the chips...

but all in all i think thats pretty good for my birthday :D

I went out and had lean steak prawns and salad so proud

I see you are on the January challenge. Me too. Put target of 5lb - mostly because I put more and give up. Not this time tho`.

Bumma about your intolerance, must be difficult.
