New to slimming world have a look at my diary im more then happy for pointers
So i have just started SW and cant believe the amount of food i can eat and and still lose weight.
heres my food diary please feel free to advice and point me in the right direction.

Breakfast 4 rashers of lean bacon all fat trimmed, 1 slice of brown bread HXb
lunch jacket potato no butter beans and cheese HXa
tea salmon stir fry with soy sauce and Chinese 5spice (more then half my plate SF)
superfree snacks 2 apples handful of grapes red cabbage. drank coffee and diet pop.
syns 3 matchmakers 3 syns, 1 small bag of haribo 4 syns and 2 dashes of milk for coffee 2syn
