Ok so im back again after quite a while. I have struggled with weight issues for a few years now. I tend to get to my target then get obsessed so have to take a break. Im going to try really hard not to this time.
I went back to group last thursday with my tail between my legs. I was disgusted to find out that I have gained nearly 2 stone in a year. I weighed in at 11 stone 10.5 lbs. I was totally on it all week wirh exception of one night off and was rewarded with 6lbs off!
So im back on here to try get back to target. My best friend gets married in may and im maid of honour. I wanna be back in target by then x
 
Breakfast.
2x weatabix (hexb) with unsweetened soya milk (hexa)

Snack.
Apple

Dinner.
Subway salad, lettece, cucumber, peppers, carrot, sweetcorn, jalapeños and ham :)

Snack.

Tea.
Fish in sauce and mash.
Using cheesy cauliflower soup as the sauce with some parsley added.

Snack.

Late lunch
Went to primos for my stepsons bday
Had a hot dog as thats all they sold :-S going with 20 syns as thats what it says for hot dog in bread roll with onions so no more syns today :) and only 10 for tomorrow!

Got gammon in the slow cooker for tea but we are all so full we will probably have it tomorrow.

Did 35 mins zumba on the xbox kinect
Day 1 of flat stomach challenge
And caught up with my 30 days yoga challenge :)
