Hi everyone i'm new here, im 24 years old a mummy of a 5 year old little lady (Kara) and an 2 month old little man (Olly). and becoming a student in September studying to become a midwife so busy busy busy. :-)
After years of toying with weight watchers, without any lasting success, I've decided to give Slimming World a go, and boy don't i wish i started this plan years ago, its amazing and no tiny portions and feeling deprived. i want to get this weight off once and for all, and keep it off!! i also have an exercise bike and am planning to use this at least 3 times a week to start with.
Today is my first day and my starting weight is 14st 4lbs :-( (very unhappy with this) my goal weight is to get down to 10 stone but im giving myself my first goal to lose 7lbs :-), then i will give myself a little non foody treat.
feel free to correct me on my food if u see Amy mistakes im still trying to get the hang of it, its quite overwhelming, but im sure i will get the hang of it in no time :-), u will be following Extra Easy, wish me luck everyone xox
