Decided to start my own diary. I need somewhere to vent sometimes. This is going to be a long and I am sure bumpy journey. Was disappointed with losing half a pound this week, and I know I shouldn't be. I think shows like biggest loser raise your expectations. I was weighed Monday night and then ate sweets Tuesday :-( so have flexi syned to try and sort myself out. Determined to be back on the straight and narrow now. Did spinning yesterday morning and an hour of cardio at the gym this morning. Am generally very busy, 2 kids and work nights on a weekend so it takes a lot of effort to get out of bed at 6 for those workouts ha.
