this last bit is hard!!!
Hi everyone, I started sw back in March last year after having a baby at 12.6st. Got down to my target 10.1 yeah in Sep and have been within target range till just after Christmas when I was couple pounds over but went the week after and got back in range. Since then though its all gone wrong. I just seem to have gone on a mad binge January!! i've got to get weighed this Saturday to keep my membership up but want to be in target range (10.4 will be heaviest i can be to remain in target). Got on scales today and its not pretty....10.9. So I've decided I can't keep faffing around anymore and hoping writing my diary on here will help. I can do this and my aim is to get back into target range, then back down to target then re-assess target and aim for the 9's which i've never seen!! for some reason i was way more focussed when I was paying each week....maybe it was the thought of wasting money and i did enjoy it when I was 'in the zone' before and loved seeing those numbers going down! So we start tomorrow.........
so today hasn't been that bad. have done ee
b - fresh fruit and shape 0%
l - mug shot with chopped peppers carrots and tomatoes
d - chicken with veg (broccoli and green beans) and stuffing ball (3syns) chipolata (2.5), gravy (2) and mustard (1syn) followed by muller light
snack- fresh fruit
hex - hi fi bar and milk in tea
syns - 8.5
drinks - tea and plenty of water
happy with that so not going to sneak to the biscuit tin tonight! promise!
oops didn't post yesterday been so busy. so for Tuesday it was
b - used my hex on fruit n fibre n milk n banana
l - innocent mousaka pot and syns free rice pudding. however completely failed on my superfree here!!
d - hubby made shepherds pie with lean mince. I've just put all my syns for that as was lovely but knew he wouldn't have used frylight and it wasn't extra lean
snacks - fruit and had a muller so fairly pleased but need more suoerfree.
drinks water n peppermint tea
today going ok ish so far but have just given in n had 2 ginger nut biscuits!! 2.5 syns each

l - jacket pot n beans hex cheese n salad
d - will be...slow cooker Schwartz beef n ale stew 3 syns for half packet ( had to use pils as no brown ale 3 syns) added loads of veg carrots, leeks and will have with green beans
snacks fruit and muller
drinks peppermint tea n water n diet coke
oooh just realised never used hex so Im now looking forward to an Alpen bar later with peppermint tea lol
