Hi everyone, I started sw back in March last year after having a baby at 12.6st. Got down to my target 10.1 yeah in Sep and have been within target range till just after Christmas when I was couple pounds over but went the week after and got back in range. Since then though its all gone wrong. I just seem to have gone on a mad binge January!! i've got to get weighed this Saturday to keep my membership up but want to be in target range (10.4 will be heaviest i can be to remain in target). Got on scales today and its not pretty....10.9. So I've decided I can't keep faffing around anymore and hoping writing my diary on here will help. I can do this and my aim is to get back into target range, then back down to target then re-assess target and aim for the 9's which i've never seen!! for some reason i was way more focussed when I was paying each week....maybe it was the thought of wasting money and i did enjoy it when I was 'in the zone' before and loved seeing those numbers going down! So we start tomorrow.........
