Well here goes another diary another diet!!
After doing really well losing a lot on another diet and then putting it all back on I decided to give slimming world a go. I have never done it before thinking it was too complicated, how wrong was I!! :D
Started on the 21st jan weighing 17st8.5lb and have lost 5.5lb so far. :)
