Kim's Slimming World Experience

I joined Slimming World on Tuesday in hopes of shifting some of the excess weight I'm carrying around before my wedding in August. Wish me luck! So far I have found the plan really easy but I have no idea whether I am losing weight or not; I guess I'll find out on Tuesday. I do think that I am eating far too much to be losing weight but I hope it works.
 
I think every new member is genuinely surprised by how much they can eat and still lose weight. It's the miracle of slimming world! Good luck on your journey Kim, let us know how you get on at your weigh in :D
 
Good luck for your weigh in. What a fabby reason to lose what for, and I'm sure it will keep you motivated throughout your journey :)
 
Yesterday's food

Breakfast
Strawberries, grapes,blueberries, banana and clementine with half pot of total fat free greek yoghurt.

Lunch
Baked potato with 2x BGTY sausage (1syn), scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and salad.

Dinner
Baked potato, laughing cow cheese (2syns) and salmon fillet with basic salad. Tangerine, grapes, strawberries and banana.

Snack
Alpen light double choc (2.5syns) and Liberte blueberry yoghurt (1 syn).

I think it's about time I set myself targets.

First target is to lose half a stone from my start weight which will take me down to 13stone 2pounds. I've lost 5 pounds so far so only two more to go. Target date: Tuesday 11th March.

After I hit that target, my next target is to get my weight under 13.
