    Group or online?

    Hi in really wanting to join slimming world again but find it difficult to get to groups. Is online just as good just wanting some opinions before I decide? X

    I have done SW online before but to be honest I think that this website is the best thing!! You get so much support, I find it a lot less 'cringe' than going to the 'AA' like slimming world group meeting.. For example if I had a bad week, I would have just not gone to class because of embarrassment. But here I feel that because it's anonymous, I can tell everyone of my syns and still get really good support, which definitely keeps me going. Plus you can always find out questions e.g. how many syns are in food, what certain plans in tail etc on here because many people go know all that. As long as you can promise yourself that you will update on here daily/weekly, If I was you I'd save my money good luck whatever you decide!

    Thanks for your advice need someone to explain how extra easy works as was all red and green days when I done it first time round x

    This has a section on Extra Easy - I am following it and it is exactly that, so easy!! Basically all foods that are free on red and all foods that are free on green are free on EE.. so chicken, pasta, rice, steak, potatoes, vegetables etc etc are all free! Just have to make sure you have 1/3 super free foods and your good to go

    Thanks miss14 that's great had 2 really bad days trying to get used to it and just thinking ahh to hell with it but really need to stick to it x

    I find it helps so much posting on here your food diary for everyone to see.. That way if we do anything wrong someone is bound to pick up on it get back on the wagon, we can do this! Take it one day at a time xx
