Time to beat the demon weight issues :0)

Hi all,

First day on SW and doing it from home. I'm hoping that over the next few months I can get to a point where my weight isn't the first thing I think about every morning when I wake up!

I'm going to do red/green days to start with as I know nothing about EE but will gradually get around to trying it. Please feel free to point out any mistakes that I'm making along the way!

Green

B: 4 slices toast (2 hexb) and low fat marge (syns)
L: Couscous
D: 2 small jacket potatoes with a few spoons of baked beans & Worcester sauce
S: Mushy peas and a fat free yoghurt (not together ha)
E: 20 minute jog before work

I know there isn't any fruit or veg included today but I was supposed to do an Asda shop after work and my daughter asked if she could play out with the weather being so nice. I'm going to stop at the co-op on the way to work tomorrow for some fruit and do a proper shop tomorrow night.

Its like a great big extended family on here and we are all here to help and in the same boat, without it Id be lost thats for sure.

Little miss, I'm desperate to do a food shop hence eating the mushy peas. I can quite easily eat the out of the tin cold but I put them in a bowl and heated them up, just to be civilised haha x
 
Hi Little Miss! Managed to get to the shops tonight after work but had a naughty piece of cake at lunch :( Must make up the syns over next few days! Spent £60 at Asda but lots of fruit and veg in there to make some yummy meals. How was your day?
 
What a weekend! Managed to behave until today when I took my daughter to the seaside and had some chips..........oops. Will get up early tomorrow and go for a long jog and get stuck back in again. Had a flyer through my door when I got home for slimming world so I'm going to take that as a sign and join a group, even if I can't make it every week
 
Evening all, took ages to find my diary as haven't been getting on lol. Had the most amazing prawn salad for dinner. Still got the munchies so have some crab sticks to chew on :0) 30 minutes on the cross trainer this morning. Still feel like I'm eating far too much but going to stick it out and hopefully get a loss x
 
Hi Little Miss. Been sooo busy with work and decorating that I haven't been on here much. Need to have a mooch around all the diaries when I get the chance. I'm weighing in Friday morning. Feel quite bloated but the doc has put me on metformin again to help with pcos and it gives me a dodgy tum for the first week. Im hoping it will help with the weight problem too!

How are you getting on? Have you had any exciting meals this week? I'm going to make red pepper and tomato soup tomorrow and put some mushrooms in to chunk it up #drool x
 
I tried to find you last night but no luck. What's the name of your diary? I looked for Little Miss.

Been very good today (I think)


B: Poached eggs on toast
L: Yoghurt & an apple (had to work through)
D: Homemade tomato & redpepper soup with chunky mushrooms fried in frylight
S: After work as starving was ham & pickle sandwich, low-fat cheese slice, no marge and another yoghurt.

Took a photo of the soup but no idea how to upload it?!?
