New to this game...
I've been reading the posts for the past week and taking notes to help me on my journey!
I got weighed last Sunday and tipped the scales at 15 stone 9.75 lbs.
I have had a mixture of red and green days this week while I have been trying to find my feet.
I have old SW books so not sure about the Extra Easy days. If anyone has any tips I am all ears :)
I have exercised for 30 mins 5 times this week with a bit of swimming, aqua running and gym and am pleased to report a 4.25 lbs loss!
Long may it continue!

Forgot to mention that I have a huge obstacle in less than 3 weeks....a 2 week all inclusive holiday to Jamaica.
