Here we go again! Cambridge to Slimming World W.I Sat Mornings
Hello to anyone reading this :)
I have started this again, I feel like I need somewhere to write things down...
So a little about me. I went on Cambridge Diet Plan in Jan 2011 weighing 16.3, in 10 days I lost a stone. I then went on to Slimming World and got to 14.2 on the 24.2.11
I maintained until last June when on another month doing Slimming World I got to 13.6. I went on Holiday for a week, ate what I liked and got back up to 14.2! Since then I have carried on eating what I want and my weight has crept up. I weighed myself on 17th March and weighed exactly 15.0 ekkk, I was so angry with myself I went straight back on to Cambridge and on Day 3 (today) I weighed 14.6, but I just cant carry on doing that diet anymore. The thought of another shake makes me feel sick!
So yes, that's me and here I am back on Slimming World again! I am a veggie so will only be doing green days. I will also be doing this from home :)
I will be weighing myself on Saturday mornings!

22/3 Weight 14.8 (6lb loss)
29/3 Weight 14.4 (4lbs loss) Checked hips- 121cm
5/4 Weight 14.3 (1lb loss)- Checked hips 120cm
12/4 Weight 14.1 (2lb loss)
19/4 Weight 14.3 (2lb gain) Hips 118 cm
26/4 Weight 14.2 (1lb loss)
24/5 Weight 14.7 (5lb gain!!)
31/5 Weight 14.6 (1lb loss)
