    Here we go again! Cambridge to Slimming World W.I Sat Mornings

    Hello to anyone reading this
    I have started this again, I feel like I need somewhere to write things down...
    So a little about me. I went on Cambridge Diet Plan in Jan 2011 weighing 16.3, in 10 days I lost a stone. I then went on to Slimming World and got to 14.2 on the 24.2.11
    I maintained until last June when on another month doing Slimming World I got to 13.6. I went on Holiday for a week, ate what I liked and got back up to 14.2! Since then I have carried on eating what I want and my weight has crept up. I weighed myself on 17th March and weighed exactly 15.0 ekkk, I was so angry with myself I went straight back on to Cambridge and on Day 3 (today) I weighed 14.6, but I just cant carry on doing that diet anymore. The thought of another shake makes me feel sick!
    So yes, that's me and here I am back on Slimming World again! I am a veggie so will only be doing green days. I will also be doing this from home
    I will be weighing myself on Saturday mornings!

    Start weight 15.0 on 17/3/14

    22/3 Weight 14.8 (6lb loss)
    29/3 Weight 14.4 (4lbs loss) Checked hips- 121cm
    5/4 Weight 14.3 (1lb loss)- Checked hips 120cm
    12/4 Weight 14.1 (2lb loss)
    19/4 Weight 14.3 (2lb gain) Hips 118 cm
    26/4 Weight 14.2 (1lb loss)

    24/5 Weight 14.7 (5lb gain!!)

    Morning, so day 1!

    Breakfast- Banana, Asda low fat smooth yog 1.5syns and coffee

    Lunch- banana

    Dinner- stir fry
    Pudding- mango

    Total syns for the day 1.5

    I have also changed my goal to 13.6 as this is what I want to be for the 19th April!

    I just cooked 3 boiled eggs. Had one now as still waiting for dinner! Still syn free I also walked 3 miles today.,

    Tomorrow's food plans should be something like-
    Breakfast- Beans on toast (no butter) with the other 2 boiled eggs.
    Lunch- syn free carrot and coriander soup with a salad of syn free colslow, lettuce, cucumber, and sweetcorn.
    and then mixed fruit and a yog 1.5syns

    Dinner- will miss this as will be at work but I will have a banana before hand!

    Morning,

    I have decided to weigh myself on Saturday mornings instead as that evening will be my 'treat night' and if I weigh myself Fridays I maybe tempted to be naughty that night too!

    New menu-
    Breakfast- Beans, toast and 2 boiled eggs
    Lunch- left over stir fry and a side salad (random comb lol) salad will be lettece, cucumber, sweet corn, beetroot, 1 boiled egg and homemade colslow.
    Snack- fruit in yogurt 1.5 syns and a banana
    Dinner- will be at work.
    Also walked 3 miles.

    Also- not expecting a great loss tomorrow as its v.v.close to TOTM But still, I wont let that get me down for next week maybe better!

    I only walked 1.5 miles.
    Breakfast- missed/ cup of tea
    Lunch- big syn free salad and syn free stir fry! ... Will update!
    pudding- bowl of grapes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and kiwi and an asda yog 1.5syns over the top!

    Well done to me! Hubby has just gone off to the chippy (my fav, I havent had one in so long!) and I didnt get anything.
    Plans changed for tonight as I am not working now so I am going to try and only eat the pineapple I have!
    I would have beans on toast but I dont want to eat anything too heavy as it's my official weigh in tomorrow! I am sooo tempted to have some choccy. I may have a cup of options hot choc but hopefully I will forget lol.
    I hope I loose some weight tomorrow. I can't believe I was 15.0 on Monday! But at the same time, doing CD for 2.5 days, I would hope that wasn't just for nothing.

    Update- having beans and prob pineapple! All free though Will miss the options!

    I am allowing myself a fat treat tonight lol.

    My food diary for today so far has been (p.s I am not going to feel too guilty as today is my treat day!)
    Breakfast- fruit with yog 1.5 and tea
    Lunch- 1 stick of asda caramel finger syn value- 7(!!) and a tropical cooler from costa -Syn value 16
    Didnt realize the choc finger was so much! I am surprised!
    Dinner- syn free stuffed peppers and salad
    Pudding- Crunchie 8 syns Haagan daaz ice cream 27xx

    OMG total= 59.5 But just think really I have enough as a week of syns could be 70-105 syns if you had 10-15 Max a day, so I haven't done as bad as I thought I would have.

    Lunch- plain mushroom omelet and salad
    Dinner- sw chips, beans and egg x2
    Pudding- fruit with yogurt

    I am going to turn into an egg soon!

    I know, I am having dairy as using milk in my tea etc, and occasional cream cheese used as a dip.
    I am having 2 slices of Bread today as my heb

    I will update this later but so far today-

    Dinner- syn free pasta and using ex light laughing cows as a hea

    It doesn't look like you're eating enough at the moment you really need to up your food or else you'll fall off the wagon because you're being so strict with yourself.
