Hi all I'm going to start a food diary tomorrow which will hopefully keep me on track and occasionally allow people a glimpse into my random thought Patten... Its a very random place inside my head but any comments on my thoughts or my meals will be gratefully appreciated x Sharon
 
Good luck with your new diary! I love having mine, great to get all my thoughts down on paper (well e-paper! :p)

Well so far I have had
Breakfast...weetabix muffins made with cherry mullerlight and almond essence
2 pears
Cooked meat (which I picked at from the fridge)
1 orange.
Strawberries
Grapes a plum
Slimming world quiche made with smoky bacon mushrooms yellow peppers.leeks and tomatoes. Served with broccali courgettes carrots and leek in garlic an ginger stir fry

Well today I'm adding as u go and also been gym for first time in 2 weeks I ache!!
Today have had Turkey salad sandwich on wholemeal ( hb) milk for cups of t (ha)
2 pears and a Apple
Am going to my cousins for t so fingers crossed its ok she knows am doing slimming world and my.shoppingis in boot so if I need to add veg I can. Will add again later

,well I seem to have talked myself into doing a bootcamp tomorrow night have never done it before think it might kill me.
 
Well so far today have had a plum Apple and banana and 4 pints of.water my drinking had gone really down this week so am really Making an effort with it.
Have been to gym with my brother this morning now waiting for my sis to go slimming world and get weighed then bootcamp with my lil sis tonight who didn't tell me I would have to run!!! I can't run! Mainly cos I can't run and breathe at the same time so am thinking they are trying to kill me off.
Lol will update my food later if am.still alive x
 
Yay I lost 2.5lb meaning I lost 1 and half stone. In ten weeks.
