SW and Shifts...I will get to where I want to be.

So I have been doing SW for about 20 weeks now, and the last 2 weeks I have stayed the Same :sigh:.

So I have given myself a kick up the butt and I am going to write down everything I eat as i have become quite lapse in doing my food diary. I'm hoping this will get me back on track.

I also set myself a goal last week of doing 2x5 minutes a day of hula hooping, which I managed 6 out of the 7 days :). So starting today I wanted to do a bit more with the hula hoop. I managed to do 2x6 minute sessions.

Up until now I haven't been doing any body magic so that is my start. I'm starting off small, and I want to work my way up to doing more. When I purchased my hula hoop I got a free fitness DVD so this is what I want to work up to.

I do struggle some weeks with my shifts I'm either working 0600-1400, 1400-2200 or 1000-1800. I'm useless with organisation so I try and plan, but that tends to go out the window since I usually forget to get the meat out the freezer, or I don't have the ingredients I need.

So Todays meals:

B- 2x Hifi Lights (Hex B)

S- Quavers (4.5) Plum

L- Peppers, Onion, Peas, Pasta, Tin of Mackerel in Tomato sauce

D- Jacket Potato, Beans, 2x Linda McCartney Italalian Vegetable Sausages (1)

P- Mixed Berries, Total Greek Yogurt, Choc Shot drizzled over (1)

Drinks

White Coffee (Hex A Milk)
Tassimo Latte (4.5)
NAS Squash

Food today has mostly been on the go until I started work.

B- 2x Alpen light (Hex B)

L- 2x small sushi snack packs from Tesco (3) Fruit salad (Blueberries, blackberries, Grapes, Strawberries)

S- Propercorn, Sweet & Salty Popcorn (4.5) Tesco Tiny Millionaire Bite (3)

D- Ham Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, red onion, beetroot)

S- Banana, Plum

Drinks

Gingerbread Green Tea (Yummy)
NAS Squash

I have learnt from a mistake today Tiny millionaire bites are sooo not worth 3 Syns I was shocked when I saw the syn value. Next time i will check before I have one.

I haven't eaten my Dinner yet. I will eat that about 1900ish and have the banana and plum for after. I also have a yogurt to eat if I want it later.

If anyone spots anything I am doing wrong feel free to comment and let me know.

So yesterday was a major blow out on my Late shift. There was carrot Cake, and fish and chips from the chip shop, cadburys, and coffee. So I am back on the wagon today, back on track. I don't want to think how many syns I had yesterday. I went for the healthy option chicken wrap at the chip shop, but they put the coated chicken not the grilled chicken breast, and since we phoned through the order and someone collected it for us. (I don't think they have many chicken wraps ordered.) I diddn't have any chips with it, so that cut down on some of the damage.
I hate it when I work and its someone's birthday since cakes, doghnuts, sweets and takeaway is ordered. I don't know why I ate so much I felt ill afterwards.

So back to normal today and back on track.

I haven't updated since Sunday, ohh dear. I'm not very good at this. I managed to get my 1.5 stone yesterday Yay! It made me feel good all day. I will get back on track writing this diary.
