SW and Shifts...I will get to where I want to be.
So I have been doing SW for about 20 weeks now, and the last 2 weeks I have stayed the Same :sigh:.
So I have given myself a kick up the butt and I am going to write down everything I eat as i have become quite lapse in doing my food diary. I'm hoping this will get me back on track.
I also set myself a goal last week of doing 2x5 minutes a day of hula hooping, which I managed 6 out of the 7 days :). So starting today I wanted to do a bit more with the hula hoop. I managed to do 2x6 minute sessions.
Up until now I haven't been doing any body magic so that is my start. I'm starting off small, and I want to work my way up to doing more. When I purchased my hula hoop I got a free fitness DVD so this is what I want to work up to.
I do struggle some weeks with my shifts I'm either working 0600-1400, 1400-2200 or 1000-1800. I'm useless with organisation so I try and plan, but that tends to go out the window since I usually forget to get the meat out the freezer, or I don't have the ingredients I need.

B- 2x Hifi Lights (Hex B)
S- Quavers (4.5) Plum
L- Peppers, Onion, Peas, Pasta, Tin of Mackerel in Tomato sauce
D- Jacket Potato, Beans, 2x Linda McCartney Italalian Vegetable Sausages (1)
P- Mixed Berries, Total Greek Yogurt, Choc Shot drizzled over (1)
White Coffee (Hex A Milk)
Tassimo Latte (4.5)
