    Kitteh's plan and conquer diary

    Hey, I'm Cat. I'm 26 and a single mama and student. I have a lot of weight to lose. I just needed to come make a new diary so I can talk and get ideas from other people.
    So far i've lost 53lbs, and I'm setting myself mini challenges. I set myself 30lbs before my son's 5th birthday, and so far have lost 10lbs. His birthday is june so hopefully can do this. I am going to be bridesmaid to a wonderful person who I met here many moons ago. She has kept me going, and even now just the incentive of her wedding is keeping me going some more!

    Deffo think bridesmaid dress, im so excited about it.

    Going to sit today and think about what kind of soups I can make to freeze. I got a soup maker for Christmas and it is seriously the best invention ever. 20 minutes for perfect soup so can just bung ingredients in and then cool and freeze. The last batch I made to freeze I put too much parsnip in and thats all you could taste. not this time haha.

    Back into it properly today. Went to class and had put 2 lbs on in the 2 weeks that i hadn't been.

    b - 2 x banana
    l - 3 linda mccartney red onion sausages, chips, peas, beetroot.
    t - 3 linda mccartney red onion sausages, chips, peas, beetroot.

    l - quorn lamb fillets, mashed potato, carrots, peas and gravy (2.5)
    t - 3 linda mccartney sausages, potato cake things, beetroot, beans (0)
    snack - scan bran cake, 6 syns.
