Right guys - need a kick up the butt and some cruel (but kind!) encouragement to stick to and trust the slimming world plan!

Encouragement and support will be muchly appreciated, 1st to lose in 50days then im off on holiday yay! :)

Tomorrow it begins 100% on track.. :D

Hmmm who starts their health eating plan on Easter?!
However so far so good..

Breakfast/Brunch: ham, mushroom and onion omelette with cheese
Snack: Fruit and fibre with milk

Dinner: Gammon Roast all SW friendly

May treat myself to a little flake later too!!

Stuck perfectly to plan except for half an easter - absolute fail..easter was always going to be hard especially with the amount of easter eggs I have :/

Onwards and upwards for tomorrow!

I have been reading through peoples weight loss diaries - so inspiring! :D

Anyone else finding easter hard? - number 1 chocoholic!!! xxx

Well done for staying on track even if you did have a little 'detour' :)

I've got two easter eggs but resisting. I've had 2 Malteasers Bunnies and trying hard to keeping it that way lol keep reminding myself that other days I wouldn't go over my syns for chocolate so i'm not letting today be any different

I didn't even want it that much - think it was the fact that I was telling myself so much NOT to have it that I cracked and thought why not!

Tomorrow's a new day!

How have you found SW - have you been doing it for long? :)xx

I first did SW when I was pregnant with my second Daughter back 2011/2012. I only gained a stone which I lost straight away. Always wanted to lose another stone but struggled to follow the plan with a new baby so went over to WW.

Sadly in the past two years I've lost and gained the same 1 stone  So now back to SW to get the stone off for good!

Been doing the plan for 9 days and so far I've lost 1.8lbs

I'm loving the plan

What made you join SW? X

Hmm sounds good - the last stone is always hardest to lose!

My mom follows it, has done for years and it has always worked for her and I like how its not a 'diet' more a healthy eating plan..

Im just really sceptical of eating so many carbs and using syns but still losing weight!! :sigh:
xx

I know what you mean! I've done 2 days of green days and worry how much I'm eating but just trying to trust the plan.

I've decided I'm sticking to red and green days as I'm never 100% confident with the 1/3 super free ' rule'.

You're lucky you've got mum, I bet she's your best motivation that SW works

Yeah I might do that maybe - mom sticks to green days, she eats so much and always at least 7 syns but has maintained 10st for ages!

Definitely a great support, the hope is that by posting what I have on here though will stop me from casually 'forgetting' about slip ups haha

Do you have a diary on here?xx

I have subscribed..I think - still getting my head around Minimins! xx

Ahh your good resisting...pineapple is definitely better than chocolate - admire your will power!

'It will still be there tomorrow' - that's what my mom always says anyway

So it begins!

Breakfast: apple, pear, few grapes and was going to have a yoghurt but it had gone off so I had fruit and fibre (hexb) on top instead!
Lunch: Gammon, 2x ryvita (hexb), 1x extra light cheese triangle and a small bowl of superspeed soup!
Dinner: Turkey, carrots, cabbage, stuffing (4syns)

Sooo today for breakfast I have had:

Breakfast: 2x Weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa) and an funsize apple and pear!

Lunch: I was babysitting my twin 2 and a half year old cousins so lunch was the last thing on my mind!
Manged to grab a fruit pot I found In the fridge - grapes and melon.

Dinner: Went to the pub with the intention of being VERY good - jacket potato and beans (what a boring student!) and they didn't have any so had a steak with salad but the steak was DISGUSTING so I ended up having salad and 5 vodka and diet cokes (12.5syn :( )

Andd then a few crisps!

your meals look lovely. Im doing EE as I always chuck a load of veg on my plate anyway! Hope your finding SW ok x

Hello!

I have updated my last post for how yesterday went :)

So far for:

Breakfast: banana, orange and a pack of doritos (TERRIBLE but I stopped at my friends and had to leave at 6:30 and I was absolutely starving  ) - 8.5 syns
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans and salad

and not sure about dinner yet - maybe superspeed soup with smoked haddock!

How are you all doing? - thanks for the support, realised I need to start planning meals more to avoid the whole doritos for breakfast situation again haha! xx

Aww hon, I hate it when things don't go to plan!

I've found planning a key factor in being successful. I don't plan for the whole week, I just do the day so I've got some direction.

I'm doing really well, finding sticking to Red and Green is making things easier.

Yes definitely - just had diet coke chicken with rice for dinner SO nice!!

Hmm I think with red and green I would just really struggle to fit in healthy extras?! I struggle trying to fit one of each in at the best of times let alone 2! xx
