Hi all, I really wanted to start a thread to help motivate me. I hope people will comment.
I suffer with ibs and find losing weight quite difficult due to this. However I'm more determind than ever to be 10st.
So far my food is as follows
8 mile bike ride
Lf cottage cheese, tin of tuna and 2 muller lights
Followed by swimming with my daughter.
King prawn stir fry!
